A completed visa application form

Valid travel document (passport) and a valid return ticket or certificate of prepaid return journey

Two passport-size photographs

Proof of sufficient funds to cover tuition fees and living expenses.

 Bank statements last 3 months  

An offer of acceptance from a Maltese educational institute

Proof of accommodation arrangements on arrival

Proof of medical insurance for duration of your stay

Take two sets of photocopies of all the documents provided. The originals and one set of photocopies need to be sent with your application, and you can keep the second set with you.
